Family Law

My family law clients can avail of my services to assist them in determining their personal options. I practice family law in the context of judicial separation and divorce proceedings with associated preliminary applications for maintenance, custody, and access or baring orders. My style of practice is focused on a solution-based practical model. I seek to guide parties beyond recriminations for past behavior and towards a workable longer-term clear and structured outcome agreements and/or court order.

Probate and Succession Law

My Probate and Succession clients will benefit from my forensic analysis skills as the success of a probate and succession solicitor is the avoiding of any contest from other family members or interested parties over how assets are to be distributed or directions implemented. I work with clients to tease out the details of their instructions to ensure that their will or the estate of a loved one is properly evaluated in light of the current law and the particular unique circumstances of their matter. Once instructions are received I make all appropriate enquires with third parties and prepare the paperwork required promptly.

Conveyancing

My conveyancing clients can expect their sale or purchase to be evaluated to identify challenges or hurdles and thereafter a practical solution to any issues formulated quickly so as to secure their transaction. Once a client is content that the transaction is viable for them and formally instruct me I will immediately seek to co-ordinate the transaction with the 3rd parties legal team, my client’s bank, and the bank’s legal team along with the auctioneer in order to facilitate a solid contractual position followed by a smooth closing of the transaction.

Insurance Indemnity matters.

Clients seeking guidance on insurance contracts and indemnity issues can rest assured that the insurance policy will provide the guideline for resolving any disputes. In general, I will immediately engage in correspondence to protect a client’s interest, I then assist the client in obtaining the information required in order to assess whether the insurer’s decision is one which has the potential to be overturned and thereafter guides my client through the process.
