Ann McGarry Bio
I am the firm’s principal solicitor. I am a law graduate of Trinity College Dublin, a Litigation Committee member of the Law Society of Ireland, and have over 20 years of legal experience across every court level.
I advise clients on over a broad spectrum of legal disciplines including Civil and Criminal Litigation, Employment Law, Family Law, Probate and Succession Law, Conveyancing, and Insurance Indemnity matters.
My career focus has been complex or high-value litigation, which requires in-depth tactical analysis and honed negotiation skills.
I have extensive experience working with both high-profile companies from the insurance industry and also the most vulnerable members of society, victims of abuse, seriously injured and those caught in the revolving door of the criminal justice system.
I am passionate about the protection and advancement of every client’s individual interests, I consider every client a key client.
My practice style is a tried and tested formula of careful analysis of instructions in the light of the client’s objectives and thereafter I formulate and execute tactics agreed with the client to achieve the most advantageous economical position or result based outcome for the instructing client.
