I practice family law in the context of judicial separation and divorce proceedings with associated preliminary applications for maintenance, custody, and access or baring orders. My style of practice is focused on a solution-based practical model. I seek to guide parties beyond recriminations for past behavior and towards a workable longer-term clear and structured outcome agreements and/or court order.
